🌸 From Garden to Vase 🌸

A little bouquet I've just thrown together using flowers from my garden... and, if I'm being completely honest, a few treasures from the nursery too! 😅

I feel incredibly lucky to have so much choice when it comes to flowers. Just imagine what you could grow in your own garden with a little planning and inspiration.

This cheerful mix includes antirrhinum (snapdragon), digitalis (foxglove), roses, dahlias and lupins, bringing together beautiful shades of yellow, pink, red and white.

I must apologise to any florists seeing this for my rather carefree approach to arranging flowers - please forgive me! 😄 I simply gathered what caught my eye and popped it together.

Professional or not, it will certainly brighten up my kitchen this weekend, and that's what matters most. And you certainly can to💐✨

From Bare Compost to Blooming Beauty! ✨

I don't often get excited about my own garden, I'm usually too busy thinking about everyone else's! 😅 But I have to admit, I absolutely LOVE how my stone trough has turned out. ❤️

Just a month ago it was nothing more than a big stone trough filled with compost and a few small plants. Fast forward to today and look at it! 🌸🌼🌺

The growth has been incredible, the colours are popping, and everything has filled out better than I could have imagined. 🤩✨

Sometimes a planting just works... and this one makes me smile every time I walk past it!
