Bringing this disaster patio back to life! Cookie laying, no priming, stained, black spot disease, it was even put down with building sand but pointed with sharp sand 🤦♂️. And the builders walked away and didn’t finish it! Anyways, after the client lived with it for 10 years, she now has a fully revitalised patio. All same slabs put back down! But after a jet wash, acid wash and black spot treatment, with a fresh new point. It’s looking almost brand new and client is over the moon! Only draw back was Having to lay the bottom main section as it used to be, to make sure the coverage was the same, as i didn’t have any 300x300 slabs, and didn’t have any to spare. Definitely chuffed with how it turned out though.
