Planning Approved at Anne Cresent, Fairfield, Evesham for 2 storey side and rear extension.

Completed Extension at 33 Battleton Road, Fairfield - Approved Application W/21/02238/HP.
Another strait forward planning application,would have liked a new gable on the front of extension yet again forced into a smaller extension by the planner(see alternative front elevation below).The builder Will Beg has done a really good job on the build.

Part Built Extension at Pear Tree Corner, Badsey - Approved Application W/22/01416HP.
Fairly strait forwards extension had to reduce the width,height and depth of extension to get approval,the usual subservience policy from the planner,can't see why this was necessary as the house is a long way from any neighbour and the larger extension would not have effected anyone.

New Dwelling Approved at Yew Tree Cottage, Offenham .
Application Ref. W/22/00677/Ful - 28th November 2022.
Took a bit of time to get this application right,the new design was based on a near by stone cottage so it would be in keeping with the Offenham conservation area.The planning officer was very reasonable and helpful in getting this application approved.

New Dwelling Approved at Littleton Auction North Littleton. Application ref. W/22/00230 - Approved at Appeal 1/11/2022.
This job was a real battle the planning officer and Highways were totally against us and did everything they could to make the application as difficult as possible,the application was refused on not being sustainable.However this decision was overturned at appeal because the new dwelling would enhance the conservation area and wychavon are not meeting housing supply targets

Catbrook Close, Chipping Campden Planing approved for rear dormer and roof terrace -application Ref. - 22/00612/ful approved 8th June 2022.
Should have been very strait forward but dragged out by planners decision was months overdue,client and builder have done a fantastic job,roof terrace looks brilliant to make the most of the Cotswold views

Planning approved for 2 storey side extension - Approval no. W/23/0006/HP - 6th April 2023. Relatively strait forward application to remove the conservatory and make the house double fronted,also planning for a double garage at the rear.

Application Approved at - 33 Battleton Road,Evesham WR11 1HT - App no. 21/02238/HP
2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension
Relatively strait forwards application was forced to step the front wall back and lower the ridge height on the extension by the planning office,Personally thought it would have looked better full height and level at the front to match the existing house.

2 storey side extension to create new double garage with kitchen and living room above.
Most of the living space is now on the first floor to make the most of the stunning views to the rear of the Cotswold Hills
Once again the builder has done a really nice job .

Approved at appeal 06/05/2016 - App/H1840/D/16/3143766
This job was a real battle the planning officer was adamant this application would never be approved and tried to pressure us into with drawing the application and giving up.
After 2 applications and 2 appeal I finally got the approval my clients wanted they were so pleased.
Below are some before and after photo of the conversion
The builder did an excellent job as well.

Architectural Plans for Design and Planning Permission.

It is so important to get your plans right at the design stage and explore all the options and to get quotes off builder before submitting for planning.
I have a very high success rate with home extension with only a couple refused in the last 18 years
I will appeal all refusal and have had a lot of refusal over turned
I am very competitive on cost because i work efficiently and only do the work that need doing.
I work with very good local builder that i am confident will do a first class job of your extension.
I like to know when i hand the job over to the builder that you are in safe hands
