Large kitchen extension just finished with Lo pro max underfloor heating with only 22mm build up it was perfect for this project ready for tiles and kitchen going to be a very cosy kitchen when finished

Just finished this one for a friend ,complete bathroom revamp ,remove old bathroom and over boarded ceiling and plastered it ,remove old floorboards and install new floor fit new 1700mmx800mm shower tray with Mira twin outlet shower mixer and wet room glass panel , install nuance white quartz shower wall panels to all walls new towel rail and roper Rhodes wc and basin unit with one piece basin and worktop , install new flooring what a great transformation this one turned out to be

This bathroom was for really good friends of mine and key thing was to keep shower tray as low as possible for personal reasons so joist where battern and ply put between joists and the shower tray installed, new twin outlet mixer shower , nuance wall shower Pannels with a feature wall basalt mineral color and lime quartz on other two walls , new roper Rhodes burford mocha units ,ice white solid worktop and round basin with new flooring and radiator

Main bedroom en-suite every thing in here moved to a new position other than the toilet the floor was so out off level with a 30mm high point which all had to be corrected before I could move on , wet-room tray and built in twin outlet mixer shower with wet-room glass screen fully tiled and new basin unit,wc ,towel rail and freestanding bath with freestanding bath taps and niche with led lights perfect for the wine glass while in the bath

Two back to back to back en-suites I finished few months back these were a real labour of love as the floors where so out of level and rotten in areas which had to be put right before the new floor and new en-suite’s could be installed then fully tiled and new units and solid worktop ,twin outlet mixer showers and new towel rails .a lot of work for two small shower rooms but love the way they turned out

Nice to finish this bathroom with a big shower enclosure with Mira digital shower, twin wall hung basins with wall taps , freestanding bath with gold pillar taps and wall hung wc

One of the on going bathrooms I’m doing on a project at the moment this was something different with a printed acrylic panels all the panels were in a sequence and had to match with one panel being a blush colour and gold niche , really enjoyed the challenge of this one

Large kitchen where I installed Lo-pro max underfloor heating half the floor was joist and other half was solid , this was a really test as all the joints had to be replaced either rotted of sub standard and out of level and the screed floor was higher than the joists so had to be knocked up and false joists fitted before chipboard could be fitted right the way through, floor sealed Lo-pro panels fitted then underfloor pipes and Lo-pro screed installed and then finally connect pipework back to boiler, a lot of hard work but well worth it in the end

Complete ground floor of a project I’m doing installing diffuser plate underfloor heating this will transform the heat in this house with a even temperature in all parts of the house

Recent bathroom just completed for a good friend a great challenge this one as nothing stayed in the same place also had to drop and level the ceiling as it was massively out of level ,replacing the floor and a joist and also stud off back wall to make the room square, huge amount of work in such a small space but love the way this turned out

Recent refit of a bathroom I did got to love bathrooms 3 joists needed replacing and new floor but all came out good in the end
