We need a bit of help…

This isn’t a polished job advert. It’s more of a conversation.

Right now, the demand for Ash & Bloom is outweighing the space we’ve got in the diary. Which is amazing… but also a bit frustrating, because it means there are people and gardens we can’t currently help in the way we’d like to.

So I’m exploring options.

That could be:
– Another gardener with their own business who fancies picking up a few jobs or extra hours here and there
– Or someone who wants to come on board more regularly and grow with us

I’ve already got something live on Indeed and we’ve started a few trials, but I want to make sure I’ve looked at every possible avenue before making a decision.

What matters most isn’t necessarily years of knowledge (that can be taught and developed).

It’s more about:
Turning up when you say you will
Working hard in all weathers
Being comfortable working independently at times
Having a bit of common sense and problem-solving about you
And actually caring about doing a good job

We’ve already got a great team around us, but the reality is we could do more. Help more people. Create more gardens that people genuinely enjoy spending time in.

Another one taking shape 🤙🏼

This kitchen was full of gaps and cut-outs after the rip-out, so I boarded out all the missing sections first, then fully prepped and skimmed the entire room to leave it flat, smooth, and ready for paint.

Proper prep makes all the difference 💯

🔥 BEFORE ➡️ AFTER HALLWAY TRANSFORMATION 🔥

This hallway was in a right state to begin with… cracks showing, an old doorway that needed sorting and walls that were far from ready.

✅ Blocked up the doorway
✅ Meshed all the cracks and doorway
✅ Full prep work
✅ Skimmed smooth throughout

Now it’s mint and ready for painting 🎨👌

Simple but effective 🪄

This ceiling was originally artex, so I over-boarded it to create a solid, fresh surface, then skimmed it to a smooth, flawless finish.

Another room completely transformed.
