Please continue to read for the full review: "Would like to thank Craig, Nicola, Martin and Dave. We were recommended Finesse Flooring by a builder friend and have not been disappointed. We met Craig and Nicola in their showroom, both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. My husband took up our old flooring and found damp in several area's. We thought we would have to put everything on hold and weren’t sure what to do next. Martin went above and beyond and called into see us on the Sunday. He reassured us that they could deal with it all and explained the process. Both Martin and Dave were extremely professional and so knowledgeable. They removed all the damp areas and used a damp proof resin and levelled the floor. They then fitted Invictus flooring in a lovely pale grey. I really can’t thank them enough"
