Quick visit to Exmouth this morning to talk over repairs with a surveyor, then its back to Exeter to deliver the cherry picker.

One of our current external projects in central Exeter.

We have been looking after this building for the past 8 years, carrying out planned maintenance and external decoration to keep it looking its best and protected from the Devon weather.

This year's programme includes repairs, preparation, and a full redecoration of the external elevations. Working in a busy city centre location always brings its challenges but the view over the canal basin makes for a great backdrop.

Regular maintenance is always more cost effective than waiting for problems to develop, helping to extend the life of the building and avoid costly repairs in the future.

Prism Access Platforms are supplying the cherry pickers for work at height.

Our first large external project is coming along nicely and should be finished towards the end of the week.
