This is one we are working on this week, complete renovation on this one! Walls knocked down , new ceiling and rewire, all been boarded now ready to be skimmed. The floor had to be redone due to old rotting joists ( the house is 100years old!) underfloor heating has been installed, we are currently tiling the floor with gorgeous 1200 x 600 tiles.
New stud wall has been erected. To which a new downstairs utility room and WC to be installed….
