🚨 Exeter Property Award Winners 2022! 🚨

We're absolutely delighted that Charles Court, Lympstone has been named best Residential Development 2022 at the Exeter Property Awards.

The judges said: “A hugely successful development with desirable houses that has created strong community feel and improved transportation routes and green public space. A true Lympstone passion project executed perfectly.”

On a sensitive site in the Lympstone Conservation Area and in the setting of the Listed Church the design had to be sensitive to the historic fabric of the village whilst creating a contemporary aesthetic.

Working alongside local developers RBL the scheme delivers a development that responds to and enhances the character of the village by providing high quality, well designed and built family homes.

And another one started on site!! 🏗👷🏽

A tricky site for a replacement in-fill extension to a listed building in Lympstone! 🤩

The extension will help to link the front and back of the existing dwelling while improving the homes connection to the rear garden and courtyard! ☀️

Also our first project with !! It’s been a pleasure so far and we’re excited to see it progress over the coming weeks! 🤩
