Inside and outside there was some damp issues in the roof and interior walls of this house. I stripped the wallpaper off and walls then painted in Earthbourne clay paint to help walls breathe more. I used Benjamin Moore scuff X satin on all woodwork which was in a poor condition. I replaced some skirting and repointed the brickwork on the rear exterior wall and used timber build resin to repair the facia. All exterior walls were then finished with Zinsser peal stop and Dulux weather shield magnolia with Rococo blue for the front.
