Another transformation completed for a returning customer. This project involved a complete rip-out, full re-plumbing, installation of underfloor heating, new tiling throughout, and the fitting of stylish rose gold fixtures and fittings. The finish was complemented with bespoke green fitted furniture, creating a modern and elegant space.

It was a pleasure to return to a property where we previously carried out a full house renovation around 10 years ago. All works were completed to a high standard, with the property left clean and tidy on completion.

Another stunning kitchen transformation completed in North Elmham ✨

This bespoke installation features a beautifully designed custom cooker hood, handcrafted bookshelves, and a reduced-height island tailored perfectly to our client’s needs. The warm oak finishings pair seamlessly with elegant gold door handles, matching light fixtures, and premium fittings throughout.

Another job completed ✔️

This one was a kitchen installation completed in just two days from start to finish by myself and David.

A nice, straightforward job with oak worktops and an integrated fridge freezer fitted, giving the kitchen a clean and modern finish. Everything was completed efficiently and the property was left clean and tidy, just how we like it.

Alongside the kitchen, we also carried out additional works at the property, including fitting two bathrooms and completing a few other bits

Another one wrapped up ✔️

This one was a bathroom project over in Fakenham, taken on as a bit of an emergency job that needed turning around as quickly as possible.

Everything was organised by WN Restoration Limited, with all materials delivered and ready to go, allowing us to get straight on with the job and complete it in a short space of time.

The main aim was to replace the bath with a practical shower setup, making things much easier and more accessible for the customer day to day. Fast turnaround, no messing about, and a clean, tidy finish.

Decorating work was completed by DR Decorating in Fakenham – their attention to detail when it comes to finishing jobs for us is always spot on.

Really pleased with how this one came out, and more importantly, the customers are extremely happy with the end result 👌

Another one completed ✔️

This project took us over to Fresingfield, Suffolk – a fair old drive from Fakenham – but well worth it in the end. Early starts every morning and some long days put in by everyone involved, but that’s what it takes. Nothing better than top quality is expected from us.

This was a full timber frame extension from the ground up. We handled everything from the initial dig out and muck away, right through to the finished build. The job included a hand-cut roof, Velux installation, lead work, roof and ridge tiles, custom-made fascia, plinth brickwork, and external wooden cladding – all finished in black barn paint for a really sharp look.

Inside, the concrete floor was completed early on, followed by full plastering and internal works. We installed radiators, completed a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and bespoke unit, and finished off with clean, tidy decorating throughout.

This was a great team effort working alongside Calbrooke Builders, Electrical works completed by Electric touch including new fuse board an certification with the final decorating completed by ME Decorating Services. Big shoutout to Calum and Corey who were on the job throughout 👏 everyone put in a serious shift to get this one over the line.

Top quality finish and, most importantly, very happy customers at the end of it 👌
