New low level access wet room completed this week for our customer.
The full room and door way is wheel chair accessible.
Non slip flooring, tile effect wet wall, consealed shower with top fixed head and hand held head, grab rails, towel rail, furniture with sit on basin and raised height WC toilet.

Renovation just complete in Winchburgh.
Full new central heating installed with 9 new radiators, copper piping, new hots and colds to proposed new bathroom position, Worcester system boiler with Gledhill 300 litre unvented indirect hot water cylinder including Hive internet controller.

Large project completed in a stunning property which is over 100 years old.๏ฟผ

Lead engineer Max and David installed the full new central heating system in copper pipe work through out the 3 storey property.

New Worcester regular boiler, Gledhill unvented indirect hot water cylinder, over 20 radiators and Hive internet heating and hot water controls.

Insurance job completed this week. The previous wet floor had been installed incorrectly causing water damage to floor allowing floor to sink.
We removed the full floor area and first row of tiles round perimeter on walls, we then fitted wet floor former,prepared the floor and tanked wet area.
New fully tiled wet floor, refitted glass panel and wall hung WC.

On Friday the Trustees received the King's Award for Voluntary Service which is the equivalent of an MBE for volunteer groups.
