PT3 of insulating and boarding a single skinned summerhouse. This time we are sorting all of the external vents on the rear to ensure that we have great airflow in the cavities on the cold side of our insulation, to help prevent mould and issues with condensation.

Here’s a little before/after of a job we recently completed in Winchburgh. 🤩

Our awesome client works from home a lot, and with their family growing in numbers, the brief was to build a space in the garden to use as an office. This 12ft x 7ft unit has given them an entire extra room at the fraction of the cost of what an extension would have been. 🙌🏼

✅ 7ft x 12ft pent unit
✅ EPDM rubber roof
✅ Scandanavian Redwood cladding
✅ uPVC doors and windows
✅ Base and groundworks completed using concrete posts (no timber in the ground so this will have longevity)
✅ All timbers pressure treated
✅ Tongue and groove flooring and roof (redwood)

Our clients are pretty handy, so are going to be kitting out the inside themselves! We can’t wait to see the photographs!

How’s this for a summerhouse?! 🤩

We recently installed this cracking 20x12 unit as part of one of the most incredible garden renovations in Grangemouth.

✅ uPVC doors and windows
✅ EPDM rubber roof
✅ Insulated floor
✅ Boarded canopy (to accommodate down-lighters)
✅ 22mm Scandinavian Redwood cladding
✅ Tongue and groove redwood roof and floor
✅ DPC installed between concrete and floor

Our awesome clients have grand plans for this space and have promised to share updates once it’s completed, we can’t wait to see 🤩

Hi folks 👋

Can you believe it? It’s nearly spring again! 🌺

Just wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves to our new followers, and showcase some of the services we offer.

We are now taking bookings for summer 2026. Due to demand, we can now only install our garden builds to Falkirk and the surrounding areas.

For those in the trade and further afield, we have been working hard behind the scenes, and have recently launched our CAD and timber kit service which we are offering to trade and DIY. This service allows trade clients to access our CAD design expertise (to share with their own clients), and have a pre-fabricated kit delivered from our workshop to their job site which just needs to be assembled and clad. This can save days of labour.

🤩 FENCE & PERGOLA 👊

Last month we worked on a job in Shieldhill replacing an old fence and building a pergola over an existing decking.

We are absolutely delighted with how this has turned out, and the photos speak for themselves 🤩

The client has plans to paint the pergola and hang some decorative plants and features on the beams and rafters. We can’t wait to see the finished result and get some more photographs as the garden is beautiful 😍 🙌🏼
