Large full loft completed yesterday ✅

• Old flooring removed that had previously been installed on 3x2 CLS. Unfortunately, the top layer of insulation had been removed by the previous installer. Raised loft boarding should always be installed using stilts or similar to maintain proper insulation depth.

• Old water tank frame and base fully removed.

• 40 square metres of raised loft boarding installed throughout the loft.

• New loft insulation installed throughout to bring it up to the recommended 270mm standard.

• Old loft hatch removed and replaced with a new, larger drop-down loft hatch.

• 3-tier aluminium loft ladder installed.

• 5ft non-corrosive, mains-powered LED loft light installed.

• 6ft 3in fence slats added to an existing fence

• 3 posts installed to secure a slightly wobbly fence
