Hello All,

I’m a fellow FXU student and the last few years I’ve been supporting a charity called Younite Foundation who work with two schools in Nakuru, Kenya. They do absolutely amazing work over there and I’ve joined their trips on numerous occasions and helped volunteer at the schools. They are partnered with Younique Travel Adventures who can organise flights, accommodation, food, transport and also visits to an Elephant and Giraffe Sanctuary as well as the legendary safari you have to do when in Kenya.

A group of FXU students went over for two weeks this summer and we are now hoping to recruit another group for next summer! Some of the students who went on the trip are holding a stand this Thursday in the Compass on Penryn Campus 11-2 so people can find out more about the trip and the work we do in Kenya as well as costs etc which are around £1650 for everything above which is incredible value for money and you don’t pay it all in one go. 😊

As society leaders we are hoping you can help us raise some awareness of this amazing opportunity and wondered if you could share this email with your groups/teams. Anyone that can’t come and speak to us on Thursday can either email me directly on [email protected] or email YTA on [email protected] and we will send over a trip pack.
