This was a quick turn around to give a fresh much needed update to a commercial W/C.
The new install didn't require the need to be suitable for a disabled person, as there are other facilities in the building.
However, we did install a comfort height W/C. Just needs a bit of painting.

Here we go with the latest kitchen install. The house is currently under going a complete renovation, top to bottom.
We have completed the kitchen and laided the flooring. It's now over to the clients electrician to second fix and finish and their skimmer to patch the chase. After the plumber had to chissel the new wall, due to the client forgetting about the water supplies 😄, whoops never mind, its sorted now. We completed on time thou, so it now on to start the bathrooms.

This is another Kitchen, based in Truro. Sorry if forgot to
take any before pictures. However, the sun came out for 5 minuets
to take the after pictures, It did start to rain shortly after though.
We were asked to renew the kitchen, lay new LVT flooring
and paint the wall and ceiling.
This install had backerboards instead of tiling.

A nice simple yet modern kitchen.

Now for the Kitchen. Again Client ripped out before we arrived. There was new electics installed and then the room Fully skimmed. Kitchen installed and LVT Herringbone flooring laid. We tiled above the worktop and finally a new window cill to finish off. Thats it for this Client on to the next one.

This is a Bathroom that we have just finished. The Client ripped out before we arrived, LOVELY. The room was fully skimmed with new lighting. We had to repair the flooring after the bath had been leaking. and then the fit began, Including new flooring. On to their kitchen

This was a tricky operation. This was a "CORIAN" worktop and sink. The sink is manufactured and then glued & molded to the underside, meaning the sink becomes part of the worktop. The sink was cracked and leaking, so we had to cut it out and remove it. We then installed a new double, deep bowl sink and re-used the customers tap. Happy Days

Here are the before, during and after photos of a bathroom completed last week. We had to remove two internal stud walls, airing cupboard, bedroom cupboard and build new stud wall in order to create one space large enough to fit large double ended free standing bath, 1500 x 700 walking shower tray, W/C and wall hung basin.
All that is left to do, is for the client to paint.
