📋☑ JOBS, JOBS, JOBS! ☑📋

This new customer in Fareham contacted me with a list of jobs that had been building up over time, these included:

☑ New PVC skirting in bathroom
☑ Dado rail throughout hall, stairs and landing
☑ New flooring in hallway
☑ Adjusting pipework
☑ Making new boxing in to tidy up fuse board.
☑ Hanging curtain pole
☑ Tiling

A few jobs left on the list to be completed at a later date, including trim for the flooring and a shower to re-seal, but not bad for a weeks work.

The customer is a dab hand with a paint brush so all joinery was installed, filled and caulked, ready for them to decorate as required.

🔨 ODD JOBS 🔨
A few odd jobs to start the week for this new customer in Portchester including trimming down doors, hanging a mirror and making 2 x shelves for the alcoves either side of the chimney breast which we painted to colour match the walls.

🛁 BATHROOM REPAIRS 🚽
Historic water damage had left this customer in Fareham with a list of bathroom repairs that they were keen to get completed.

Jobs included:
✔ Removing damaged flooring, replacing floor boards and re-lining floor
✔ Replacement of various leaking pipes / valves
✔ New boxing in
✔ New bath panel
✔ New flooring

✨ DECORATING ✨
Another decorating job completed for a new customer in Portchester last week which included:

💠 All prep work - removal of old wallpaper, filling and rubbing down woodwork, walls and ceiling.
💠 Painting walls, ceiling, masonry and woodwork.
💠 Hanging new wallpaper.

✨ TILING ✨
Only managed a quick before and after picture of this job in Gosport last week which included:

✔ Removing existing flooring and prepping surface as required.
✔ Levelling floor.
✔ Tiling floor throughout kitchen including tiled skirting.
✔ Finishing with a dark grey grout.

Other jobs carried out for the same customer included door hanging, boxing in, fitting plinths, end panels and pelmets and repairs to walls and ceilings where required.
