Full Ground Floor Renovation Completed in Stubbington
This project completely transformed the ground floor of this customer's home, creating a modern, open-plan living space designed to suit family life perfectly.
The renovation involved removing two internal walls to turn three separate rooms into one large, open space. One of these walls was load-bearing, requiring the installation of a structural steel beam in accordance with the structural engineer's specifications.
The works included:

✅ Complete ceiling replacement and reboarding
✅ Full plastering of walls and ceilings throughout
✅ Rewiring works coordinated alongside the project (completed by others)
✅ Kitchen design, supply and installation, finished with quartz worktops
✅ New flooring throughout, extending into the hallway
✅ New skirtings and architraves throughout
✅ Pre-finished oak veneered internal doors fitted across the ground floor
✅ Space-saving bi-fold door installed to the downstairs W/C
