I love a big clear out! My client needed to declutter an area which had been used for storage and we managed to completely fill my car! Everything you see has all gone to charity...amazing!!

This cupboard was precariously piled high from floor to ceiling, so very CAREFULLY I emptied out its contents and put into categories so my client could easily decide which items he wanted to keep.

With this space clear we were then able to store his extensive DVD collection in here out the way which was previously cluttering up his bedroom and even bathroom.

So impressed with this one when I look back on the 'before' video! This transformation required a lot of input by my client, she was incredibly decisive which made my job so much easier.

This will soon be her daughters room, what a great feeling to know they have a clean slate to work with 🥰

Another great positive to come from this declutter was that we were able to donate lots of clothes, children's toys and toiletries for the Ukraine Emergency Appeal 🙌

We created a 'Dave's problem' box (😆🤪) as there were items her husband would need to go through, including responsibility of the desk.

My client can now access their chest of drawers and wardrobe...it's the little things which make day to day so much easier 🙌

It's so easy for life to get in the way and the "oh I'll just sort it later" but before you know it that little pile of stuff becomes a cluttered corner or a whole room which has become too overwhelming 🤯

Make those easy decisions now; shred those documents, donate that bag of clothes to charity. Otherwise sooner or later those easy decisions will become "where do I even start"!!

These drawers were completely full and difficult to open so I decluttered and then put like for like items in the same drawer as eachother.

If items have a home you can see exactly what you have, you save time searching and avoid duplicate purchases!

We made a great start to a spare room today!

The bed had become a bit of a dumping ground for clothing, bedding and laundry so we sorted through this which resulted in a car full of bags for the tip and charity shop!

Clearing this space has given my client the motivation and confidence to tackle some of the other areas in this room ready for our next session 😁

There was a clear goal for this 2 hour session so my client was essentially able to leave me to it ✌️

I sorted through all the baby clothes, separating by size but also a sub-section for unisex clothing. The suitcase you can see contains all blankets, sleep bags and bedding.

Each box is labelled so will be really easy to find everything she needs In the future.

Believe it or not medicine has expiry dates, so chuck that stuff out 😆

I am definitely guilty of not doing this so today I had a quick 5 minute sort through and feel all the better for it ✌️

**EDIT...some great guidance I wasn't previously aware of in regards to how to discard of your old medicine. Please see the comments below 😁

The sign of a great decluttering session...a car boot full to the brim of bin bags destined for the tip 🙌

Any package booking includes me being able to take away a car loads worth of bags for the tip or charity shop 🤓
