I love this time of year. When you think there’s nothing to do… think again! because there’s always weeds that need pulling up 😂. The suns out, clouds too so it’s not scorching and a light, cool breeze. Perfect! I would rather be at the beach but finding first year, asparagus and replanting raspberries is just as amazing.

Sowing the last of our indoor seeds in recycled plastic containers and the toilet paper rolls we’ve been saving all year. You don’t need to be an expert to encourage the next generation the importance of sustainable practices. Growing your own food is a valuable life skill and it can be done in the smallest of spaces.
