We don’t always shout about the people behind the scenes, but this one’s well overdue…

A big thank you to Mark and Nick.

Mark’s our delivery driver, installer, yard manager and somehow nails all three. He’s also picked up the nickname “Monkey Boy”… mainly because if there’s anything that needs doing on a roof, he’s already halfway up it before you’ve even found the ladder.

Nick, our go-to ad-hoc installer, has been alongside us on more jobs than we can count. Around here he’s known as “Nick the Ladder”, mostly because at his height, he rarely needs one.

Between them, there’s not much about a flat pack Panda Building they don’t know.

What really stands out though is what customers say. We get so many messages after installs mentioning them both, how helpful they were, how professional, and just how easy they made the whole process. That sort of feedback never gets old, and it says everything about the way they go about their work.

They’re a huge part of what we do, and genuinely great people to have on the team.

Appreciate you both 🙌

Most people only ever see our buildings once they’re fully installed… which is kind of the point.

But before that stage, they look a bit different.

This short clip shows three of our buildings stacked on top of each other during transport. Is it the most thrilling thing you’ll see today? Probably not. But it is quite interesting.

Our flatpack design means we can safely stack up to 10 buildings on a single lorry without damaging the one at the bottom.

See the heavy-duty brackets at the base? That’s the clever bit. Those brackets are designed to take the full load of the stack above them. In a stack of ten, the bottom unit is carrying over 3 tonnes of weight through that bracket alone.

Pretty impressive engineering for something that eventually turns into a tidy little building in someone’s garden or workplace.

Another garden transformed with one of our 6m XPandaOffice buildings.
Delivered and installed from flatpack by our crew, start to finish.
Quick setup, tidy workspace, and a solid, insulated office ready to use.
We don’t sign jobs off ourselves though —
That responsibility falls to the household dogs.
After a full perimeter check and several inspections…
We’re happy to report we passed.

Access worries stop so many people from even asking "Can I put a building there?"

Meanwhile we’re out here taking buildings down leafy alleyways, past dilapidated garages, and into gardens like it’s a normal Tuesday. It was a normal Tuesday.

This 3m x 2.1m went in without drama, just a bit of bush dodging 🌿

Happy New Year!!!🙌

Kicking off the year with something a little different – a prototype toilet unit designed for life on oil rigs and wind farms out on the high seas.

Snow falling, steel standing strong… feels like a good way to start the year.

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy and productive New Year.

Here's a special colour RAL 9002 (Grey White) delivered and installed to Slough the other day, it should blend it quite well when the snow hits us!

We’ve been working on a concept for something new: the XPandaShed.
It’s essentially an insulated XPandaStore with a couple of vision panels/windows added in — simple idea, but it could fill a nice gap between a standard shed and a full on XPandaCabin.

This is just an early drawing to get the idea across, but I’d really like to hear what people think.
Is this something you’d find useful?
Does the design make sense, or is there anything you’d change?

It’s been a while since our last update, but for good reason — we’ve been out and about delivering and installing our buildings for some fantastic clients. Here are six recent jobs we’re proud to share. Thanks to everyone who’s trusted us to make it happen.
