A glazed side extension to the existing kitchen in this rural property creates a bright and spacious kitchen–dining area with views over the garden. At the rear of the house, a further extension provides a comfortable, accessible ground‑floor guest room with its own en‑suite. The clients are a pleasure to work with, and we are now collaborating on our eighth project together.

Built to Passivhaus standards, this holiday let will have a high level of air-tightness, a thick jacket of insulation, triple glazed windows and a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery System. Very nice zinc roof and accessories too!
