This customer approached us after finding out they couldn't sell the house due to spray insulation being installed some years ago. Did you know alot of mortgage lenders won't give a mortgage on a house with spray foam installed?

Sprayed directly onto the back of the slates (no membrane installed) ment we couldn't save any slates.

New marley modern tiles installed (customers choice)
Dry hip / ridge system.

Full roof inspection carried out after the buyers surveyor picked up on several problems with the roof.

Tiles had come to end of there life with alot of cracks through the middle of the tiles.

The felt had started to rot away long with the battens.

The felt on the flat roofs was barley attached to the roof.

So all taken off, new felt and batten installed along with new double roman tiles, new ridge along with dry verge / ridge system.

Two flat roofs replaced with epdm rubber system to offer a longer garantee.
