As part of the service I strip down and clean all necessary components, clean condense and system filters, inspect and check the integrity of the flue and case, rate test, and include a flue gas analysis report. Every service also includes a tightness test of all gas pipework/appliances and a Gas Safe home owners report is provided to each customer.

A Worcester Bosch 36 cdi with comfort 2 programmer and a system filter. Full rapid flush via a magnacleanse unit. With the removal of a gravity shower pump the boiler feeds two mains pressure showers. 10 year warranty

Brand new heating system installed including a Worcester Bosch 30i , Comfort 2 programmer/room stat ,system filter and 5 Stelrad radiators. The boiler comes with 8 yrs warranty.

Worcester Bosch 30i erp combination boiler with vertical flue system and a comfort one programmer. This combination of boiler and controller meets the current boiler plus regulation which is about to come into force. Also a system filter,calmag scale inhibitor and 15mm shock arrester. This replaced an old standard efficiency heat only boiler in the utility with an old cylinder in airing cupboard.

Another Worcester Bosch boiler installation. Boiler situated on first floor in centre of house.125mm vertical flue system and condensate pump. Comfort 2 programmer and combined room thermostat situated in entrance hall.

Another Worcester Bosch install complete. Took out an old Combi which was side mounted due to sloping ceiling. Restructured and strengthened rear wall and fitted new appliance facing outwards. Easy to service and inspect. This 34cdi comes with a 10 year manufacturer guarantee when combined with a system filter and plumbline who are an approved installer.

As the winter weather has returned with below zero temperatures day and night, home owners who have condensing boilers please be aware that the condense waste pipe (white pipe) can freeze if it runs outside. A blocked condense pipe will stop your boiler from working! By pouring hot water over the white pipe it will unfreeze and clear. This may take several attempts. Stay warm everyone!
