We have been a bit quiet of late! Far too busy, more updates to come. Firstly, a recently completed project in Worthing, West Sussex.

We completed this stunning and elegant rear extension replacing a dilapidated outbuilding along with reconfiguration of internal spaces and full refurbishment.
The large format minimal framed glazing creates a crisp and modern addition to the house and allows the light to move through the layout.
The enlarged open-plan spaces open up the house to al fresco living, marrying the internal spaces with external garden.

We have been exploring the design and materiality of our new project in Lavington Road, Worthing, looking into the combination of black window frames and profiled metal cladding.
The proposal looks to increase and reconfigure spaces on the north facing ground floor of the property, integrating the refurbished garage into the main house to create a well-lit, flexible home-office and guest bedroom, and a loft conversion to create additional bedrooms.

From the archives: The project involves a two-storey rear and single-storey side extensions, and remodelling of a 1930's detached chalet style bungalow in Worthing.
Phase 1 of the project, consists of a contemporary single-storey rear extension, provides a larger and more sociable living, dining kitchen and space across the full width of the house has been completed. Bi-fold doors and a paved patio area extends the internal space out into the garden.

Our latest concept design for a six-bedroom house is underway… A modern two-storey house replaces a tired three-bedroom bungalow in a traditional setting in Wallingford, Oxford. The proposed form and layout create generous and exciting spaces whilst respecting the strict planning restrictions. The living dining space with large windows/ doors overlook the fields and full-height glazed panels bring ample light into the entrance foyer. Externally, dark grey profiled cladding finish is combined with black framed glazing to create a crisp and modern look.
