Just the inside of a Upvc door done for customer today.

Bedroom papered for a little princess who was a very polite little girl.
Paper was from I love wallpaper and as usual I was not impressed with their paper but it looks good up and customer is loving it.

Hi folks, forgot to post this job as just been busy but here we have a lounge for a returning customer.
Ceiling finished in eclipse and something I never do but I used paint supplied by customer and never doing it again so if you say you have the paint take it back I won't use it but it was Dulux easy care DIY rubbish, never again.
Upvc window's painted white using a multi surface adhesion primer and finished in satin.
All woodwork was 2pac filled undercoat and finished in satin.
Quite bright just what the customer was looking for.
Forgot I also changed the handles to chrome on the upvc window's, customer is going to send me pictures once the new blinds go up and new wall lighting and fully furnished so I'll update this post once they come through.

Love a good review shows I'm doing something right and making a house a home that people want to spend time in.
Don't waste your time and energy trying to do it yourself, 90% of decorating is in the prep if you get that wrong the job doesn't look good.

Hi folks, here's a HSL and kitchen diner completed for a returning customer.
There was a little bit prep on this one, the walls was like a spiders web of cracking and took off as much as I'd liked to take off and raked out the rest, the doors I changed from a very dark stain and french polished them and grained them in a heritage oak, the other stained woodwork (facings and skirting and balustrade) were all whitened out and finished in satin, hand rail I cleaned up and finished in heritage oak.
Ceilings finished in eclipse and walls in clean extreme, to protect the doors after french polishing them I gave them a coat of Dulux polyurethane satin varnish.
I also raked out all the silicone from the worktops and resealed them with a clear sanitary grade silicone.
Customer is very pleased with everything and I'll have a bedroom to do in the near future.
Almost forgot I had to do some repair care on a couple of spindles that their beloved old dog decided to eat.

Hsl completed today, customer was brave with their colour choice but it's growing on them they said.
Full decoration walls and old polystyrene coving striped off, new 100mm gyproc coving installed, woodwork all prepped undercoated and satin, walls all prepped and new paper installed, ceilings and new coving finished in eclipse.
It's definitely something different from what their usually used to but I think it looks great.

⚠️ long post alert ⚠️

Morning folks, sorry I've not posted for a while as I've been busy with work and home life.
I don't normally post up standard painting jobs as it's just painting and doesn't really have a dramatic wow factor even though my customers would say otherwise as they love it but here we have 5 jobs I've been working on.

Job 1: this was just a fresh up after new radiators were installed and was just a like for like as in colour.

Job 2: customer had spotlights installed which left marks on ceiling from old lighting plus holes that I fixed, walls were not much of a colour change but all looking fresh again.

Job 3: Customer had the artex ceiling skimmed over so got a mist coat and 2 tops coats of eclipse, walls were changed to a lighter colour to open up the kitchen and make it more brighter.

Job 4: teenage girl's room who's grown out of having a pink bedroom with unicorn wallpaper and she just wanted everything white which gives the impression the rooms a lot bigger.

Job 5: massive bathroom, again this was just a fresh up with a slight change in wall colour along with a make up area just outside of bathroom.

Every one of these jobs are having me back to do other projects in their homes later on throughout the coming months.

Hi folks, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a great New year, I took the opportunity during the festive period to decorate a customers house who was spending the time away with family so I've not really had any time off, today (Sunday) is the first time I've been able to really spend time with my partner so went for a rather chilly walk.
As I've not had any time to really switch off and relax I will be taking an extra week off so I can get out in the countryside and brush up on my other passion that is photography.
I will email everyone with their dates when I sit down and get my finger out and the house is back to normal again.
