It’s been a very busy week.
150sqm of loft boarding completed this week.

60sqm completed in fleet which was posted earlier in the week.

The next project was 40sqm full renew of insulation and 40sqm of raised Loft Leg boarding. The rafters have been insulated using Superquilt and ply lined. A couple small cupboards built and ply lined making a very clean and safe storage area.

Finally to finish off the week 50sqm of raised Loft Leg boarding was completed in Old basing.

It’s been a busy start to the week.
A large loft boarding job completed today.
60sqm of raised loft boarding installed in fleet using Loft Leg system and 18mm Chipboard flooring. The hatch was extended and a 700 x 1200 Keylite loft ladder was installed.
3 new LED batten lights also installed to brighten up the space.
This customer now has a very large safe storage space.

Here’s a recent project completed in Church Crookham.

This customer was looking for suspended floor insulation so we removed the floor boards and installed a fully breathable natural insulation system. Along with new chipboard flooring ready for new carpets.

A recent project completed in fleet.
This customer wanted to turn their cold damp garage into a usable workshop space.
We installed all new 3x2 stud work around the garage, insulated with 75mm celotex and finished with 12mm ply and trim.
All new LED battens were installed along with new sockets.
A Timloc dropdown hatch has been installed along with a 3 section Werner loft ladder which provides easy access to fully boarded loft.

A few recent loft jobs

A complete renewal of all insulation in Blackwater.
We removed all boarding and all insulation
Installed new 100mm base layer along with 200mm top up layer.
20sqm of raised loft boarding using Loft Leg
This was all completed within a day

Boarding and top up completed in farnborough.
All old boarding was removed. New 170mm top up layer was laid throughout the whole loft along with 10sqm of raised loft boarding using Loft Leg
A new LED batten light was also installed to brighten up the space.

17sqm of raised loft boarding completed in fleet using Loft Leg.
Along with a keylite loft ladder.
