A lovely little fence and gate job here for you. The original built with the house 20 years ago had finally given up and the gate was dragging on the floor. This was all removed and replaced with nice new treated Timber. Some of the block paving needed to be lifted to gain access to dig out the old posts and install the new. The block paving was refitted in exactly the same position it came up and the joints were repointed with some kiln dried sand. All in all, a great result.

This one has been a lovely job that myself and a few other trades have been working on over the last few months. There's been ups and downs. There's been good weather and bad weather but the project has nearly come to a completion and is looking absolutely gorgeous. Over 25 m of waterproof LED tape lights all controlled via Wi-Fi controllers, timers and voice control. The upper patio is hopefully going to be home to a garden bar soon and some lovely garden furniture and I'm sure the homeowner is going to absolutely love having their time in summer in this Garden.

If you want to get any garden or wooden structures installed, be it planters decking, garden rooms, garden bars, or cladded walls, especially if you're looking for some high quality classy LED lighting, please don't hesitate to get in touch and get your quote booked in once I return to quotes after the Easter holidays.

With the work diary now fully booked to the end of June, I have decided to close my quote diary a little earlier than usual. Usually I would stop quoting during the Easter holidays, But with such a heavy workload, I've decided to close the quote diary now. All quotes that are currently booked will still go ahead.
I will reopen for quote enquiries from Tuesday 7th of April, with a view to booking in quotes from Monday 13th of April.
If you know how long you want to book I.e you have a half day or full day of small jobs, I will still happily book you in from Wednesday the 1st of July. But if your job requires a quote, visit to measure up and discuss specifications etc, then you will need to wait until I reopen the quote diary in April. This not only gives me a little rest in the evenings but also helps bring the lead time down a little bit.

2026 is racing ahead. Already completed a fair few lofts and with quotes booking 4 weeks ahead and no availability this side of late June, I will only be taking on a few more loft bookings before the summer. Enquiries for loft boarding may need to wait until after the summer period and be scheduled in for late September onwards. Of course, with the summer weather on its way (hopefully), I am taking on all other kinds of projects, be it indoors or outdoors. So should you need anything from a pergola, decking or a garden room to any other inside projects, feel free to get in touch via the page.

You all must be "board" of these posts now, but it's gotta be one of my most popular jobs. Plenty of solid flooring, raised above the joists to allow for a top up layer of 170mm insulation. Loads of storage and better thermal efficiency.

It wouldn't be a day in the life of mPOD Services without a loft boarding job!
This was part 2 of a large loft boarding job. Plenty of easy access via the large wooden ladder and hatch, raised flooring to accommodate the 270 mm of insulation depth, finished off with 40m² of boarding and ample LED lighting.
