Following on from some brilliant carpentry by Chris Davies Carpenter who needed to remake this discontinued skirting; the lounge, H,SL & Kitchen recieved a complete make over!

Having carried out quite a bit of work for this lovely family in the past I was looking forward to this one. Lots of coffee on tap, and multiple 4 legged site managers to keep me in check over the 3 weeks!

Really pleased with the outcome on this one!

Ceiling sprayed in WRX ceiling emulsion, walls given the usual prep followed by 2x coats of Crown clean extreme (mixed to Farrow & Ball 'Blue Grey') for a wipeable, durable finish.

Woodwork prepped & painted throughout in Johnsons Aquaguard satin.

Never a dull day! 😂

Following a leak, this acoustic ceiling needed a patch up!

Replacement boards coming in at rediclious figures (thousands!) due to minimum order quantities, meant I had to get creative with the hole saws.

Odd job, but satisfying!

Lovely Graham & Brown paper, made much easier by it being 'paste the wall'.

Little loose paint to scrape and fill beforehand.

Very wet start to this one, but all worth it! 3ft close board fence installed, along with concrete gravel boards & posts...

Very wet start to this one, but all worth it!

3ft close board fence installed, along with concrete gravel boards & posts, sleeper raised bed along the fence line to complete.

Looking forward to seeing this planted up in the spring 🌱

Quality panels & gate supplied by AVS fencing, a trench dug & filled with 20mm shingle to assist drainage in the area, side access secured for many years to come ✅️

Papered feature walls seem to be in fashion still, but its not often I get to strip & repaper a complete room!

Enjoyed this one, made much easier by modern 'paste the wall' papers (and very vague pattern repeat! 😁) supplied by Brewers, ceiling & woodwork given the usual prep & paint throughout. 🖌

Sliding hangar rails, one touch opening/soft close draws & doors. And a very neat storage cupboard below to maximise storage potential ✅️

Not one, but 2 fireplaces removed & boarded to give the customer a more up to date, and safer fireplace! (Young kids & sharp edges dont mix! 😬)

Both mantles & cast iron fireplace were recycled & have gone to new homes already! ♻️

Vents added to the top board (along with chimneys being 'capped') to allow for proper ventilation. Recessed hearth area screeded, before being tiled.

Over to the customer to paint 🖌😊
