Remove and make safe electrics.
Remove damaged plasterboard.
Fix new plasterboard.
Skim plaster to wall.
Refix electrics.
Clear up and wash down.

Remove section of plasterboard to ceiling and insulate the roof void above to make the room warmer.Fit new plasterboard....

Fit new plasterboard.
Fit new LED downlights.
Plaster skim smooth over existing artex ceiling.
Fit 127mm gyproc coving.
Also plastered ceiling to cloakroom.

So clean, flat and smooth you can see your face in it.How it should be.
