Forgot to take pictures of this floor; but removed the rotted floor and joists. Replaced and rebuilt everything before hardboard and linoleum went down. All sound and looked good by the end.

Built this gate from scratch, painted and hung it today. Nice and solid waiting for its top coat.

When you pay someone to do your driveway, there are fundamentals that they should do!
# Apply treatment to the lichen, black spot, moss etc
# Pressure wash the grime away
# Resand the entire area. This is so important as this sand helps stop the blocks from moving.

The last people to do this drive didn’t and the result was severe black spot and a gappy driveway full of weeds!

Recent jobs have included removing a rotten floor and joists and replacing them. Also, the grass cutting is starting so first cuts are plenty.
Today I applied chemical cleaner to the patio and returned three hours later to cut the grass and pressure wash. Turned out pretty well.
