Just a quick update for everyone — the infamous Oval diary is filling up fast and I’m already having to turn down some work in the coming weeks, which I never feel good about 😢

On FB we see many requests for recommendations with many local Painting and Decorating services mentioned which of course we all depend on friends and existing clients to put us forward!!

We have been very fortunate to build a lovely little client base within Hawkinge and surrounding areas, but with varying algorithms, we thought we would take this opportunity to re-introduce Oval Contractors to fresh eyes 😊

Mick, our resident Hawkinge professional Painter and Decorator is a family man who lives and runs his small business within Hawkinge and has done so for the last 11 years!

Mick completed his City & Guilds and advanced City & Guilds in decorating in 1989. After years of experience working for various companies, Mick decided to start his own little family business and that was where Oval Contractors was born !

We hope we have given you a little insight into the face behind Oval and thank you all for your continued support in recommendations, reviews, likes and shares - thank you 🙏 🤜

Are we ready for the "C" word!! 🎅 🤣

We have some space to fill in our diary running up to Xmas for those last minute refreshes, whether that be for a fresh new backdrop for those lovely Xmas decs or for the wow factor in a space to entertain friends and family over Xmas dinner!

It may seem daunting thinking about interior decoration in the run up to the festive season but I can assure you, we make it happen seamlessly 😊

Well... yes we do!!! We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Max from Hurst Interiors and Joinery, an exceptionally talented and experienced carpenter. By working hand in hand, decorator and carpenter can provide a smooth, coordinated service whenever needed. Having teamed up on many projects before, Max and I are confident in delivering outstanding results together and hope this will be of some benefit to those who are in need of those services.
