This 20year old wet room had seen better days. Lots of leaks everywhere causing issues with the sub floor so complete rip out needed back to joists.

The basin in my own home was ridiculously small so decided on an upgrade!
Whilst I was there I thought why not get some ridiculously expensive tiles to make a feature of the wall.

Family bathroom renovation
•Old fibreglass bath dropped down to remove whilst keeping existing wall tiles
• new larger steel 1800x 800 bath fitted
•pipework brought into the wall to feed new rainfall shower
• pipework altered a new black towel rail fitted
• electrical feed added for led lit mirror unit
• Lino out geometric tile in
• new basin and floor mounted unit
• new close coupled W/C

Very stylish En-suite finished and awaiting decoration 🚿 🚰 🚽
W/c ,basin & towel rail all moved from original positions to allow the room to be more usable.
Around 2000 tiles laid on the walls 😰
The contrast of tiles against the brushed brass fixtures, tile trim and the warm lighting looks stunning 
Out with the old coving and artex and in with the flat plastered ceiling

2 Bespoke 10mm glass screens fitted into the wetroom job from August
Neatly fold back into the wall when showers not in use
8 heavy duty brass hinges to spread the load
I can’t explain how heavy and awkward these were for us to fit

Future proofing a bathroom 🚿 🚽 🚰
Removing a huge whirlpool bath bath and creating some much needed space in this room.
Easy access anitslip walk-in shower fitted directly onto the floor and fold away seat installed .
Basin moved from Behind door to a much more user friendly location
Fully tiled walls and LVT click flooring laid.

Kitchen floor face lift using a dark Amtico Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) with added grouting strips.
LVT is a very good substitute for tiles,its not only warmer under foot but also hard wearing and flexible for instances where there could be possible movement in the subfloor
