🌸Ummmm well I’m thinking about ordering my mushroom compost for myself for new flower beds and veggie beds because Floyd and myself have found a home to rent in Burwash ….

🌸I haven’t been able to grow my own food for a couple of years now and I’ve really missed it.

🌸Alongside this adventure my daughter Sienna and myself are opening a Passionate Gardener Branch down in West Cornwall , plus my regular wonderful clients here in Kent and Sussex ~ plenty to be jumping out of bed for.

💚I’ve always dreamt of The Passionate Gardener being a family business once again.
In the early days my son Reiss and my Mum were on the team, they were amazing times and thinking back I set up Pash 27 years ago now !!!!!

My younger son Luca joined for a short time a few years back, and in between that Sienna my incredible daughter was part of the team for a good many years.
She like me has the gift, the eye to design alongside nature whilst allowing Nature to be natural …. I call it organised chaos. We can turn a muddle into absolute beauty and encourage wildlife like never before with our love of blooms and creativity.

💜Now Sienna is choosing to open a branch of the company in her neck of the woods …

🌹Time to tie in your Roses

♥️🌹♥️

Whilst the new growth is bendy and keen to gallop away, guide it lovingly to where you wish her to be heading.

🌹I tie some string around the last grouping of leaves on the stem and pull the string tightly to where I wish the Rose to be aiming for, attach the string securely here. Each week encourage the new growth from this stem to bind around the string . This technique is useful if you don’t have a wall or trellis to follow but instead you want your Rose to leap across to a new space.

🌹This description above makes total sense to me hahaha, but if it doesn’t to you then let me know and I’ll make a video as it’s a brilliant way to train Roses and get the most visibility from her generous blooms. 🌹
