Canopy recently fitted over the boiler flue causing exhaust fumes to re circulate into the air intake, also big pools of water forming on the floor as the fumes condensed on the underside of the canopy. The boiler was almost 20 years old so advised the customer to replace it and there was no other option than to take the new flue outside and up through the canopy

Good timing on this service for a new customer, combustion seal had failed, internal grommet not in place and co alarm way out of date, supplied new co alarm, replaced parts and carried out full strip service

Warm couple of days working in this cupboard this week, well looked after by the customers 🥤🧊 after their boiler packed in, got them back up and running with a Baxi 830, 10 year parts and labour warranty, flushed out the system, added a scale inhibitor for the hard water in Formby, a mini expansion as they were on a water meter and an Adey magnetic system filter

Replaced some old panel radiators with these column style, finished off nicely with the designer TRVs

Double vertical radiator fitted with wall plugs you’d just about trust to hold up a picture😂 could of been worse, only just missed the glass table when it came off, re hung with proper fixings and made the best of a bad situation with the plastic pipework
