Roof clean completed last week π β¨
This roof was fully hand scraped, all edges were brushed down, the gutters were emptied, and a biocide treatment was applied by brush and spray to finish the job.
As you can see, the homeowner had previously started cleaning the roof themselves but wasn't able to complete it. The roof had significant moss build-up, which can often contribute to drainage issues and make it difficult to properly inspect the roof.
The client was experiencing leaks, and one of the best ways to identify potential problem areas is to remove the moss and debris first. With the roof now cleaned, it's much easier to inspect the tiles and pinpoint any defects that may be causing water ingress.

A much cleaner roof and a great starting point for tracking down the source of those leaks. ππ
