Hi everyone, it’s been a while!
I’ve had a hectic couple of years with becoming a father to my beautiful daughter, Minnie, building our very first family home together (which I will get some photos of soon) all whilst being involved in a few interesting projects along the way with JCA.
The current project we have just taken to design stage and planning submission is our first Passivhaus located in Skye! (Photos below).
We are currently looking for another project to take on later this year so if you’re looking to get started on your own Grand Design or just need a bit of advice, drop us a message on here.

We have just been given the go ahead by Building Control for a new build house out in Glenborrodale. The client is looking to start works early March time so I will hopefully manage to get on site to take a few progress pictures during construction. Should be an interesting one!

We are also in the process of having the 20 bedroom extension to the Spean Bridge Hotel signed off by Building Control and this should also be kicking off around March time. One of the things we are currently trying to get around is to have as little disruption to the Commando Bar as possible so the Spean locals don't miss out on too much drinking time!
