New kitchen installation at a property in Lyde Green, Bristol recently completed. The customers chose a modern design with grey gloss doors and cabinets, grey marble work top, white marble wall panels and white splash back. New black accessories were installed - sink and mixer tap, hob and oven, extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. This has created a very stylish open plan kitchen and dining area.

Another conservatory roof change due to the inability to use the room in the hot summer weather and from it being too cold during the winter. The glass panels were replaced, a timber frame installed, the roof fully insulated and tiled with chestnut brown composite tiles. This is a late post as the work was completed in Q4 2021.

Another en-suite bathroom completed. The customer chose a more traditional style with the Belmont shower in chrome, concealed valves, fixed shower head and new shower tray and cubicle. White marble bathroom panels were fitted throughout which has created a stylish alternative to tiles. Combined sink/ unit with taps chosen to match the shower controls, wall mirror, chrome wall radiator, down lights and extractor fan. A contrast water resistant wooden effect flooring was installed.

New ensuite completed in our own property. We've chosen the modern panels for the walls in white marble, with black accessories - shower cubicle, extractor fan, light fitting, mirror, taps to create a clean, modern look. Back to the wall WC to create as much space as possible in this very small room. White down lights and extractor fan installed by SJ Knowles Electrical. You will see the difference from the photos at the very end showing what the room looked like before we started - A huge improvement and really pleased with the end result.

The conversion of customers' conservatories to more usable rooms continues to be our most popular work at the moment, no doubt caused by the fact that most of them are unusable during the warm summer months and too cold to use in the winter.

So here we have the back of the house that we have recently completed in Almondsbury - photos show firstly the finished work and then a few photographs before we started.

We fitted new grey UPVC windows, the customer chose grey UPVC inside and out, to the conservatory and back of the house, and patio doors to both the conservatory and the kitchen areas. The customer chose brass furniture for the patio doors to the conservatory and chrome fittings on the patio doors leading from the kitchen area as this complemented their interior kitchen furniture. A new roof was fitted to the conservatory using composite red brick tiles. With the roof now fully insulated, with a new interior ceiling and down lights, the conservatory is already creating a cool area that the customers are already using during the recent hot weather.

New fascia, guttering and down pipes were also fitted to the house to finish off the work. The customer is so pleased with the finished product they have said that they now want us to quote for the rest of the house!

Recent kitchen renovation at a house in Emerson's Green. To create a spacious kitchen/diner we removed the stud wall between the existing dining room and kitchen. Howdens kitchen units were chosen by the customer, with integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic sink, electric oven and gas hob. The kitchen looks amazing with the sold oak worktops to finish it off. Down lights were fitted to create a modern look as well as the island pendant lights along the breakfast bar. The customers wanted to create an industrial feature in the dining room with the new black wall radiator and copper pipes.

We've included a few photos of the original kitchen and dining area at the end of the photo post so that you can see what an amazing transformation its made.

A further bathroom modernisation just completed. We have shown before photographs followed by the new look modern bathroom. Full length shower cubicle fitted with chrome shower, LED mirror cupboard, electric toothbrush charger, vanity unit with sink and WC. Chrome down lights installed. Tiles floor to ceiling, colours chosen by the customer. Door frame and entry door untouched.

We can help with design and we undertake the complete job - plumbing, electrics, tiling, etc. So no having to wait for other trades to be available once we start the job.

Another customer extremely satisfied with the transformation of their old conservatory - see before and after photographs. We fitted a new tiled exterior roof to the conservatory, with new guttering and outdoor tap. We created a more usable, comfortable space, inside by fitting a new interior ceiling, fully insulated with stylish down lights installed. New radiators were fitted too - so no more being too hot in summer and too cold in winter when using this conservatory!

New stylish bathroom refurbishment in gloss grey and white. This was carried out at the same property as the conservatory roof. The bathroom now has L-shape bath with grey matching side panels, water fall shower, combination vanity unit with sink and rimless WC, wall radiator, stand alone unit for more storage and plenty of mirrors, one with Wifi, lights and a de-mist facility. Down lights and extractor fan fitted along with sensors that switch the lights off after 15 seconds if the bathroom is not being used (a must for those with teenagers!).
