An espaliered Apple tree at a historic garden we help to look after in South Somerset.

Wall-training fruit trees is as much about creating a beautiful aesthetic form as it is about maximising productivity.

A variety of styles of wall trained Roses. Some of these specimens have been neglected in recent years so have been cut back hard with old unproductive growth removed. This stimulates new strong growth which can be trained in following years. They should look striking against the local Hamstone once in flower.
