A recent bathroom refit carried out for an existing customer in Frome!

A fairly new build house.. standard new build design with minimal character🤏

A lot of attention to detail went into this one 🤝 communication between myself and the customer is very integral to the way jobs like this run 🙌🏻

🔵 Removal of existing suite and tiled areas

⚪️ 1st Fix plumbing to accommodate new concealed shower valve, toilet and wall hung basin. Heating pipes upgraded for towel radiator✅️

🔵 Walls prepared and tanked ready for Tiling

⚪️ Small format vertical stack Wall tiling along with Large terracotta floor tiles

🔵 Installation of new bathroom suite - all in a lovely brushed Nickel finish🔥

Another completed earlier this year✅️

Basement Bathroom with minimal natural night, so the customer wanted to implement a lighter feel along with a Traditional suite inkeeping with the property 🤝

Same process as every other refit I carry out..

🔵 Complete rip out..

⚪️ 1st Fix Plumbing - renewing existing pipework although everything was staying as per existing layout

🔵 Full preparation and waterproofing ready for Tiling

⚪️ 2nd Fix Plumbing and installation of new bathroom suite

🔵 Upgrade of extractor Fan

Made a change to be removing a shower tray and replacing with a Bathtub 👍

🔵 Complete rip out

⚪️ 1st Fix Plumbing - replacing old pipework with new copper and old waste pipe with new

🔵 New board installed, waterproofed and tanked

🔵 60x60 Porcelain Terrazzo effect tiles installed to wall and floor areas!

⚪️ 2nd Fix Plumbing - New suite installed as per plan from Dimensions Kitchens, bathrooms & beyond

A recent overhaul of a downstairs cloakroom 🙌🏻

Complete rip out as normal✅️

⚪️Relocation of the stopcock into the downstairs cupboard which made so much sense to free up much needed space!

🔵Removal of all old pipework! New copper and waste pipe fittings installed, some being housed in toilet boxing, some chased into the wall - again, creating much needed space to a small area

⚪️ Old window blocked up, boarded and skimmed. All remaining pipework boxed, boarded and skimmed

🔵 Porcelain honeycomb mosaic tiles laid to the floor area

⚪️ Tongue and Groove MDF cladding fitted half height around entirety of the room along with new internal door

🔵 Lighting and switch upgraded

⚪️ Finished off with Decoration

A Huge transformation for such a small room! 🔥

The last En Suite Reno of 2025 🤝✅️⚪️🔵

A very basic 'new build' design, ticking boxes rather than using the space to its maximum potential..

As always - a complete rip out of all existing sanitary ware, brassware and tiles ✅️

Updated beautifully to a contemporary modern feel. With brushed brass, complementing the neutral tiles very well 🙌🏻

This brought a close to 2025 as the 17th full bathroom/ensuite/WC refit of the year!👌👏

All of these alongside many more tiling projects. Including Kitchen splashbacks, Bathroom Tiling only, Floor Tiling (porcelain and stone) and Hearth surrounds to mention a few.

2026 is already looking busy with several projects booked in.

🔵 Removal of existing suite, tiles and coving

⚪️ 1st Fix Plumbing carried out
- All surface and boxed pipework removed ✅️
- New hot and cold feeds run into the loft space to feed new digital shower box✅️
- Relocation of Heating pipework to accommodate new towel radiator✅️
- Basin and shower waste pipework run into floor✅️

🔵 1st Fix Electrics carried out
- Upgrade of existing lighting to LED downlights✅️
- Inline Extractor fan installed✅️
- Pull cord removed and upgraded to external switch✅️

⚪️ Overboard and skim of ceiling and plastering to 2 walls

🔵 Liquid Waterproof membrane applied to wet areas and tile backerboard to floor areas ready for Tiling

⚪️ 1200x600 Large format tiles to walls and small format patterned tiles to floors

🔵 2nd fix Plumbing and electrics - Installation of new suite

Complete overhaul to these rooms and the final outcome looks fantastic 🙌🏻

Recently completed for a customer in Dilton Marsh. Not quite a full refurb, but definitley an improvement on the before photos!✅️

🔵 Old suite removed - existing tray and Toilet retained

⚪️ Relocation of Heating pipes and shower feeds (to accommodate a niche)

🔵 Wet areas tanked with Mapei aqua defense

⚪️ Remainder of the room primed ready for tiling. Tiled with 300x600 rectified porcelain

🔵 Squeaky floor eliminated and prepared ready for Tiling. Tiled with 600x600 rectified porcelain

⚪️ New Shower, enclosure, vanity unit and towel radiator installed alongside existing Toilet

A much more modern and cleaner feel to this room 🙌🏻

🔵 Full rip out, retaining the existing Vanity unit, Basin and toilet

⚪️ 1st fix electrics and Plumbing carried out

🔵 New board and tanking in shower enclosure area

⚪️ Warm up DCM Pro underfloor heating installed prior to Tiling

🔵 Walls tiled, floor to ceiling in alternating 'Thoulstone 200x400' plain and scored

⚪️ Floor tiled with 'Cotehele Beige opus pattern'

🔵 Re fit of new suite ✅️

Recently Completed for a local customer.

They have Moved into a new build, so this job was booked in the diary within plenty of time to avoid them living with concrete floors! 📅

All work undertaken from start to finish ✅️

🔷 Floor️ Scraped, cleaned and primed

◻️ Durabase decoupling membrane installed

🔷️ 900mm x 150mm wood effect plank tile set out in Herringbone bond

◻️ 50m2 Laid, then Grouted in Ardex FL: Colour - Floating driftwood

🔷️ Once Grout had cured - LTP Grout protect spray was applied. Extending and protecting the integrity of the grout

✨️ Terrazzo Porcelain Tiles ✨️

Another En suite refurb recently completed in Frome for a lovely customer ✅️

They wanted to lose the bath and relocate the basin in its place, which gives the room so much more space 💯

As per all full refits.. the old is completely removed and walls stripped back to the original blockwork or studwork 🙌🏻

⚪️ Rip out of old suite, fixtures and fittings

🔵 Removal of existing tiling and drylined plasterboard

⚪️ First fix Plumbing and Electrics

🔵 New moisture plasterboard installed with 2x walls being skimmed ready for decoration

⚪️ Wet areas tanked ready for Tiling

🔵 600x600 Porcelain Terrazzo style tiles to both wall and floor areas, complement eachother nicely

⚪️ New suite fitted

🔵 Lights and extractor Fan upgraded. Mirror relocated. Toothbrush charger installed

✅️✅️

Just the tiling on this - so all first fix plumbing was installed before my arrival

🔵 Studwork and Niche formed within shower enclosure

⚪️ Shower enclosure tanked and fully waterproofed prior to Tiling

🔵 Tile Magboard installed Ready for the installation of DCM Pro Electric underfloor heating mat

⚪️ Large format Porcelain wall tiles - 330mm x 1000mm

🔵 Large format Porcelain Floor tiles - 1000mm x 1000mm

🔥 Lovely finish - everything was pre planned to bring the window in as the main focal point ✅️
