Job description

We are looking for a new member to join our friendly team to help with maintaining our private gardens in and around Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in garden maintenance and hold a relevant horticultural qualification.

They will need to be able to work alone and in a team and be hardworking, with an eye for design to be able to evolve the gardens. Sometimes working closely with clients to discuss their needs and translate that into improving and renovating the gardens.

A driving license is required as they will be driving the company van.
The job would entail driving a team to our regular gardens and keeping them maintained. Tasks would be those typical of garden maintenance such as mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge trimming, pruning etc. It will also include decision making to always be improving and delegating tasks to the other team members working with you and keeping track of timings and the schedule. Some tool maintenance will also be required.
