Individual house design for a client on the outskirts of Garmouth. The house is designed to take advantage of the stunning views of the River Spey and Moray Firth to the North and East, making it vital that the design made the most of the solar gains from the South and West. The house evolved in the design process to reflect the needs of the client, the outcome is a traditional stunning family home with contemporary open plan living, perfect for modern living.
