It feels like spring is almost here!

Would you like some help to get your garden in order for the Spring and Summer that’s coming?

A bit of a tight squeeze for this shed build.

A raised frame was built as we had a hill to allow for, shed the erected in the tight space which was made even tighter by the neighbouring fence leaning over.

Then a concrete ramp was formed to allow access for the buggy to get in and out easily.

Nice fun project !

Nice wee job earlier this week.
A front garden and driveway tidy up for this property in Tweedbank.
Weeds cleared, soil lifted, membrane down, gravel laid and driveway pressure washed.
The front is looking much fresher now. 👌🏽

The team and I are back to work tomorrow, looking forward to an exciting new year and burning off the Christmas pudding....

Christmas Tree Collection and Recycling

£15 per tree up to 8ft tall in Galashiels, Clovenfords, Selkirk, Gattonside, Darnick, Melrose, Newstead, Eildon, Newtown, StBoswells, Earlston.

£25 per tree up to 8ft tall in Stow, Jedburgh, Ancrum, Ashkirk, Hawick, Kelso, Lauder, Walkerburn, Innerleithen.

Anything outwith this, give us a shout.

We will be collecting on Monday the 5th of January, send us your address and leave the tree outside for us to pick up.

All trees are taken away to be recycled in to compost at a local recycling plant.

Wow, we have been busy!

Thank you to everyone that has been keeping us busy over the last few months, we really appreciate it.

Here’s one of the projects we completed recently.

This customer loved their patio and decided that they would like the pathway to the shed improved and to use the same slabs. So we dug it all up, laid a type 1 base and set the new slabs on a wet cement base, in the process we covered over a man hole and used the stones that were lying around to create a nice border.

Fast forward a couple of weeks the customer asked us to return to remove the old patio at the side of the house and extend the same style of slabs to there.

The customer wasn’t a fan of the doorstep, I suggested cutting it back and cladding it in the same slabs which came out great.

On top of all this we did a wee bit of tidying up around the shed area and fitted a new retractable washing line.

Brilliant project and a fun one for a mild winter.

Border cleared, old fence removed and a lovely new fence fitted, approximately 30m long.
Also really nice to do something a bit different, stepping down in 6ft sections instead of following the landscape with each board stepping down was a great change to the norm, the customer came up with the idea and it’s fantastic.
