It’s been an amazing year helping our clients turn their home improvement dreams into reality, and we’d like to thank everyone who trusted us with their projects.

It’s been another busy year, but now it’s time to put the tools down 🛠️ and spend some well-earned time with our loved ones—family and friends—over the festive break.

We’ll be back to work on Monday 5th January 2026, kicking straight off with a full house renovation in Kilmarnock.

🔧 More Local Work – Orchard Steet, Galston Window Upgrade 🪟

Continuing through May, we were back out locally — this time in Galston, where we replaced some tired, old, draughty windows with modern double-glazed units. 🌬️➡️🔥

The customer chose a fresh new style to complement their home, with a quick 3-week turnaround from our trusted supplier. Once the units were ready, we got them fitted promptly — ensuring a clean, high-standard finish both inside and out.

The result? A much warmer, quieter home — just in time for whatever weather Scotland decides to throw at us next! ☔🌞

🛠️ May 2025 Update – Local Work, Local Care 🏡

May kept us busy with a few jobs for our local customers – always a pleasure to help out in our own community!

First up, we were called to a staircase in Hurlford that had unfortunately been worked on by another (non-local) company. The customer had a gut feeling something wasn’t quite right, and after being brushed off by the original installers — despite paying in full — she reached out to us for a second opinion.

🔍 On inspection, it was clear the staircase wasn’t just poorly finished — it was structurally unsafe, which is a serious concern in any home. The laminate treads and risers may have looked the part from a distance, but underneath, the work had compromised the integrity of the entire staircase.

With safety being the top priority, we fully removed the unsafe structure and installed a brand new, solid staircase — ready for the customer to finish off with carpet (last picture in the reel)

Another reminder that quality workmanship matters, and we're proud to be the trusted local choice when things need to be done right.

Good evening, everyone!

We’ve been a bit quiet on here throughout May — not because we’ve been resting, but because we’ve been flat out busy looking after our amazing customers and making sure every job is carried out to the highest standard.

May kicked off with a brilliant garage conversion for Mr & Mrs Walton and their family in Kilmarnock. From start to finish, it was a fantastic project.

We organised all trades in-house, and once again our team absolutely delivered. Everyone showed up right on time, worked seamlessly together, and gave 100% commitment throughout — exactly what makes a job run like clockwork.

Here are a few pictures showing the full journey, from start to finish. Massive thanks to the Waltons for trusting us with their home — we hope you love the transformation as much as we do!

Main Bathroom overhaul for another repeat customer Mr & Mrs McCreath of Dunure.

A few issues cropped up during the strip out as this room hadn't been touch for nearly 20yrs - main issue was the floor area where the old bath was located, joists & sole plate had rotten away which in turn caused movement in the internal walls which we addressed by completing a part renewal of the floor before installing the new furniture.

Customer made there own materials picked and with the help of McCutcheon Plumbing & Heating Ltd - Calum & K&M Electrical Ltd - James the bathroom was completed with a fresh new look and a happy customer.

Full rip out and replacement completed alongside all of our other tradesmen that helps put everything back together.
