Spent a while returning the edge of this meat cleaver to an accurate blade, so many angles ground onto it from someone which means it’ll take a couple of sharpens to bring it back perfect…it’s currently very sharp with a nice 40° edge.

Next time we can grind the rest of the old angle out but it wasn’t worth doing that in one go as the cleaver would of had more material than required removed so therefore shortening it’s useable life.
