We now have another vehicle out on the road, so keep your eyes peeled as we pop up everywhere across Teesside and Tyneside.

We are pleased to see both past and present customers returning at a rapid rate. This week our guys have attended urgent jobs in the Middlesbrough area within 30 minutes. Just today, we responded to a call for a radiator that fell from a wall within 20 minutes.

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully handed over another refurbishment project today, continuing our rapid pace of completions. Please see the before and after pictures attached.

We currently have availability for all aspects of refurbishment work.

Additionally, our maintenance division is extremely busy, with all trades out on the road and available to handle your domestic, commercial, and industrial maintenance issues.

We are currently recruiting for an additional labourer/driver for an immediate start.

Key duties include:

- General maintenance
- Small landscaping tasks
- Waste collection from our sites
- Collection and delivery of materials
-Adhoc tasks

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Excellent time management
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- Strong organizational skills to plan their own workload

Before and after pictures of a refurbishment we have just finished in TS1 Middlesbrough,

I estimated this one at 4-6 weeks and completed within 4 weeks ready for handover tomorrow.

Electrics (switches/pendants EICR) are to be done by another contractor.

We are rapidly expanding and available to take on additional works.

We are also looking for additional trades to join our team.
