Better Living Landscapes is looking for a new Team Leader to join our domestic division. PAYE role, van and tools provided.

This is an opportunity to join a multimillion pound company with a strong order book and real career progression on offer.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid landscaping experience with references
• Reliable, organised, and a strong communicator
• Full UK driving licence
• Someone who can run a team day-to-day as a working supervisor

What we offer:

• £50k starting salary, negotiable on experience

• Projects across Kent, Sussex and London (majority local to Kent)

This garden was completely unusable — waterlogged, messy, and wasted space.

We stripped it back, prepped the base properly, and laid a reclaimed brick patio in a classic basket weave pattern on a solid sand & cement bed.
