🌱Grounds maintenance Operator🌱
We are looking for someone to join the Ubuntu GM Team! 🤝
🌱 What to expect:
-General garden/grounds maintenance
-Grass cutting Residential & Commercial
-Hedge trimming
-Basic Landscaping
-Working with power tools and machinery
-General labouring
-Pruning and other Horticultural tasks
- Lawn Care such as renovations and treatments
🌳What we are looking for🌳
Someone that:
🟢Has had previous experience in the grounds maintenance industry
🟢Competent and confident in their ability
🟢Takes pride in their work and has attention to detail
🟢Has a positive & confident attitude
🟢Is self motivated and enthusiastic
🟢Is able to work as a team and under own initiative
•A full clean UK drivers license is essential
•Uniform and PPE provided
•The Ability to progress within the company
•Holiday pay
- Very Competetive rate of pay, salary depending on experience
Previous experience is essential as is a natural interest in the industry, full training will be provided
The following is a bonus but not essential:
🌱 PA1 & PA6 Use of handling and applying Pesticides
🌱 CS30 & 31 Cross cutting and felling of small trees
🌱 Competent in towing a trailer at load across various types of vehicles
🌱 A basic plant identification knowledge
🌱 Experience in Turf Care
🟢The right candidate must be able to travel into Rainham Kent
🟢40hrs per week
🟢Full time or Part time
🟢Possible overtime if desired March-November
