Out with the old up and over which couldn't be fully opened due to boiler flu running inside garage
New electric remote control roller shutter door.
All trimmed out and looking lovely 😀👍

BIG BIG JOB!!!!
lovely couple and good friends in wigmore.
Off with the old wooden cladding/out with the dated mahogany windows.
Replaced with quality renhau windows x 9 and lovely French doors with sides panels.
Composite cladding in moondust grey.
New white guttering.
Also a new garage rubber roof complimented with led light strips.
Removed skirting to fix 22mm solid oak floor that someone had laid with no expansion 🤷‍♂️
All sorted in time for Christmas 🎄 👍

Just completed for a guy in Brompton.
Wren kitchen (never again) 🙄
Lots of changes to make it all fit.
And a 2 week delay for the smashed oven.
Got there in the end 👍
And rewarded with some ice cold Guinness 😁

BIG JOB THIS ONE!!!
To allow for a downstairs toilet.
cut through the wall in 2 places.
Raise the floor in the garage to allow connection into soil pipe.
Extend with studding and insulate.
Fire retardant plasterboard and fire doors.
Plaster.
Lighting.
Sockets.
Frames.
Doors.
Skirting.
Architrave.
Tiling.
Fit new toilet/sink unit.
Paint.

A few walls done too.
And back today for a bit of painting on landing and the death wall!!!!
Walking the plank once more tomorrow just to fit the led panel lights 👍
Job done!

Cracking little kitchen transformation completeted today for a lovely couple in hempstead.
Wanting to retain original cupboards and worktops.
Out with the old beech style.......
I replaced doors/cornice/light pelmet/kickboards and end panels and tiled with pure white and quartz pink staggered metro tiles to compliment the pure white cottage style doors with rose gold t bar handles.
Smashing their quotes by almost 50%!!!
One very happy couple 😁👍
