A weekend breakdown on this commercial boiler revealed a blocked condense trap causing a continuous fault everytime it was reset by the customer. We attended within a few hours, with the heating and hot water fully functional within no time!

Another boiler service complete for a repeat customer. This boiler is still burning as good as new. We took this apart, cleaned all the necessary components, including the system filter on the heating pipework. Topped up the inhibitor to fully protected the system water quality and the boiler, and recharged the expansion vessel.

New boiler time ! Here's why 👇

We assisted this customer today with a quick callout response time in the hope that we could get everything back up and running fast!

BUT sometimes that just isn't possible despite our best efforts. Yet this customer was extremely understanding after reaching out to us in desperate need. We explained everything as clearly as possible (despite our trade terminology being complex at times). The lack of servicing and common issue's with these models meant that the heat exchanger had split and the sump also. The internal case had almost rusted through, and therefore, the best option here was to replace.

We are here to help, not to charge astronomical amounts like some companies will and do for repairs or parts that are not viable nor suitable for longevity.

Vaillant boiler service this morning.

Boiler completely stripped, cleaned, new gaskets, new electrodes, filter cleaned, expansion vessel recharged, tightness test, system inhibitor topped up, carbon monoxide alarm replaced, and combustion checked. A few recommendations for the customer, but all ready for another year!
